• Each tour requires a minimum of 15 confirmed participants. In case of fewer bookings, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled with prior notice.
• All travelers are kindly requested to follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the Tour Operator throughout the journey.
• The full tour amount must be deposited at our office or online at least 5 days prior to the departure date to confirm the booking.
• Meals will not be provided during the train journey by the tour operator.
• Porter (coolie) charges are not included in the tour package and will be borne by the traveler.
• Travelers are responsible for the safety and handling of their own luggage.
• Entry tickets to sightseeing spots or activity passes are not included unless specifically mentioned.
• Travelers are requested to strictly adhere to the scheduled departure and return timings for a smooth experience.
• We kindly ask all travelers to maintain a respectful and considerate attitude toward fellow passengers at all times.
• Any health-related issues or medical expenses during the tour will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
• Comfortable car seating will be arranged for all travelers as per the itinerary.
• Hot water will be provided only in special cases, subject to availability.
• Charges for union taxis (if required) at any destination will be borne by the traveler.
• A maximum of 1 liter of bottled water per person per day will be provided as part of the package.
• Our vehicles will follow the planned itinerary. Requests for unscheduled detours or visits outside the designated routes may not be accommodated.
• Air conditioning and room heating facilities are not included in the package.
• Food customization is not available. Meals will be served as per the standard group menu.

✅ Accommodation in non-AC hotels.

✅ Services of the Tour Operator.
✅ Sightseeing tours as per the itinerary.
✅ One bottled water per person per day.
EXCLUSIONS
❌ Room heater and air conditioning.
❌ Airfare, train tickets, and food during the journey.
❌ Entry tickets, guide fees, pony rides, or adventure activities.
❌ Local union taxi charges.
❌ Personal expenses (laundry, shopping, etc.).
❌ Extra meals and water beyond the included meal plan.

120 days before the journey: 30% of the package amount is required.
60 days before the journey: 50% of the package amount is required.
30 days before the journey: 90% of the package amount is required.
Within 10 days of the journey: 100% payment must be completed.

90 to 60 days before the journey: 30% of the paid amount will be deducted.
60 to 30 days before the journey: 50% of the paid amount will be deducted.
30 to 10 days before the journey: 90% of the paid amount will be deducted.
Less than 10 days before the journey: No refund will be provided.
